No — we don’t offer free estimates. After a quick text or call about your lot and plans, serious projects start with a paid Letter of Intent for Pre-Construction Services (site visit, blueprint review, codes and utilities check, and a high-level cost range). If we both want to build, we move into a cost-plus construction contract with transparency and open-book accounting — a Project Account, monthly invoices and receipts, and rolling estimates as the plan locks in — not a throwaway free bid.
